Can I inspect the furniture before I purchase them?

Ans: Yes, you can. You are welcome to inspect our furniture before you place an order.

Do you do delivery?

Ans: Yes, we provide delivery service. We charge our customer delivery according to their location. Please contact us to get a quotation.

Is delivery fee expensive? Is delivery fee calculated by items?

Ans: Not really. We charge customers reasonable amount according to the size of the order, location and access condition. You only need to pay once no matter how many items you purchase.  

Do you do interstate deliveries?

Ans: Sorry, we don’t provide interstate delivery service. We only deliver furniture in Victoria. If you are from other states, you have to organize a courier at your end. We will get furniture ready for the courier to pick up.

What kind of payment method I can use?

Ans: We accept EFT, credit card, cash on delivery, cash on pick up.

What is the procedure to sell my office furniture to you?

Ans: If you have some office furniture to sell, please email some photos of your furniture first. We will get back to you with Yes or No. Next step we will offer you a price for your furniture if we are happy to take your furniture. Then we will come to flat pack furniture and take them away.
