Shipping Days

OfficeClear provides delivery and installation services on weekdays only. Deliveries are not carried out on public holidays.

Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.

Delivery Schedule

OfficeClear aims to deliver your furniture as soon as possible. Standard delivery typically takes 1–7 business days; however, in some cases, delivery may take up to 10–14 business days, depending on circumstances.

Delivery Notice

If you are not ready to receive your delivery, OfficeClear requires a minimum of 10 working days’ notice to arrange or reschedule a delivery date.

Delivery Fee

Delivery fees vary based on factors such as furniture type, delivery distance, site access conditions, and other logistical considerations.

Delivery Quote

OfficeClear will provide customers with a reasonable delivery quote prior to undertaking any delivery services.
