Refund policy
At Office Clear, our mission as a registered Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) is to support our community by providing office furniture to those in need. Because all our items are provided completely free of charge upon request, standard commercial return, refund, and warranty policies do not apply.
Please review our updated 2026 guidelines regarding donation requests below.
No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
As all products are distributed as charitable donations at zero cost to the recipient, all allocations are final.
-
No Returns: We do not accept returns if you change your mind or if the item no longer suits your space.
-
No Exchanges: Due to the nature of our donated inventory, we cannot facilitate exchanges or offer replacement items.
-
No Refunds: Because no payment is collected for the furniture, no financial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
We kindly ask that you carefully consider your needs and space requirements before requesting and accepting a donation, ensuring our limited resources can assist as many people as possible.
Product Condition and Warranties ("As-Is")
All donated office furniture is provided strictly on an "as-is" basis.
-
Used Condition: We specialise in repurposing used office furniture. Items are donated in their current condition and may show signs of prior wear, tear, or use.
-
No Warranties: Office Clear does not provide any warranties—including structural, mechanism, fabric, upholstery, or foam warranties—for donated items.
-
Manufacturer Warranties: Any original manufacturer’s warranties no longer apply, and Office Clear is not obligated to contact the original manufacturer on behalf of recipients.
-
Liability: Office Clear is not liable for any damage or injury caused by the misuse, neglect, abnormal use, or unauthorised modification of donated furniture.
We strongly encourage all recipients to thoroughly inspect their requested items upon collection to ensure they meet their needs before taking them.
